Goethe University's Westend Campus is generally car-free. Parking spaces near the campus are very limited. Please check parking options before your arrival. We recommend using public transportation. 

Access via the A66 highway toward F-Miquelallee/F-Stadtmitte → continue on Miquelallee B8 → turn right onto Hansaallee.

From here, there are two access routes to the campus:

(1) Turn right into Max-Horkheimer-Straße. From there, you can either
a. Turn right into the Westend Campus parking garage located in the SKW building (underground parking partially open to the public), 
or
b. Turn left into the parking garage in the PEG building (underground parking with a gate and information desk in the PEG building; parking available only for authorized individuals with prior registration).

(2) Turn right onto Bremer Straße → turn right onto Fürstenberger Straße → turn right into Fritz-Neumark-Weg (gate with information desk; parking available only for authorized individuals with prior registration).

The nearest subway stations (Holzhausenstraße and Miquel-/Adickesallee) are about a 5-minute walk away.

Frankfurt Central Station: 
S1 – S9 train via Taunusanlage → Hauptwache →  U1, U2, U3, U8 train via Eschenheimer Tor and Grüneburgweg →  Holzhausenstraße or Miquel-/Adickesallee

Frankfurt Airport: 
S8, S9 train via Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and Taunusanlage →  Hauptwache →  U1, U2, U3, U8 train via Eschenheimer Tor and Grüneburgweg → Holzhausenstraße or Miquel-/Adickesallee

Station Uni Campus Westend (IG Farben Haus) via Bus 36 from Westbahnhof (passing by Bockenheim Campus) or Sachsenhausen Hainer Weg
Stations Bremer Platz (IG Farben Haus) or Bremer Strasse (Gisèle-Freund-Platz) via Bus 64 from Hauptbahnhof South Side heading toward Ginnheim
Station Max-Horkheimer-Straße (Seminarhaus, PEG & ExNO) via Bus 75 from Bockenheimer Warte
Station Miquel-/Hansaallee (Seminar Pavilion) via Bus 32 from West- or Ostbahnhof

Frankfurt Airport

From Frankfurt Airport to Goethe University Frankfurt, Westend Campus

From Frankfurt Airport, you can easily take S-Bahn lines S8 or S9 to Frankfurt (Main) Central Station. From there, transfer to subway line U4 and ride to the Bockenheimer Warte or Holzhausenstraße stop. From there, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to Goethe University’s Westend Campus.

• Travel time by public transportation: approx. 25 to 35 minutes
• Travel time by car or taxi: approx. 20 to 30 minutes (depending on traffic)

Alternatively, you can take a taxi directly from Frankfurt Central Station to the Westend Campus. The ride usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
